Maria de Menezes, 80, thanks Londoners for unwavering support on 20th anniversary of his death at Stockwell Tube station
…
Speaking through a translator from her rural hometown in Gonzaga, Brazil, Mrs de Menezes said the Met’s delay in telling the public they had killed the wrong man led many to believe he was not entirely innocent.
It was inaccurately claimed he jumped over ticket barriers while wearing a bulky jacket, run down an escalator and had been agressive to police.
A whistleblower at the police complaints watchdog leaked the truth to ITV News but was sacked and later arrested.
“When I first came to London, all of these lies were told about how he jumped the barriers and there was no CCTV in the underground,” she said.
“It was comforting when the truth came out. Some justice was proved. I felt a bit of peace when all the lies were revealed. When they killed my son, they told a lot of lies. I knew. Only we mothers know our own children. Jean Charles was similar to me. He hated lies and never did anything wrong.”
5/9/25 There’s a part missing from this post i.e.it has been edited by someone else (to the benefit of the UK Labour Party and government). In the original post I said that JCD uses an alternative reference while Rayner’s remarks use the normal, conventional reference.
Ed: That’s quite an achievement since I’ve got 2 Factor Authorisation (2FA) enabled, I would expect that my host must have been directed to edit it (i.e. by order of a government).
Later ed: And of course nothing is resolved by Rayner’s resignation. JCd was still murdered because of his name.
5/9/25 ENDS
This message is addressed to UK Labour Party members and MPs. This is the basics and may be edited, elaborated or extended. I said recently
I’ll be doing a message to Labour Party members and MPs explaining why I am so opposed to them, why I hold them responsible for Starmer’s actions (re: support, active participation and complicity in Israel’s Gaza genocide, attacks on the poor and vulnerable), how I intend to continue to oppose the UK Labour party, etc.
so here it is.
Keir “I support Zionism without Qualification” Starmer supporting genocide.
I started my first blog way back in 1998/99. While one of the earliest blogs, it was occasional and not particularly active. I did some politics and there is reason to believe that it was noticed by the UK Labour Party.
In 2002 I started opposing Tony Blair and Dubya Bush’s then intended Iraq war in NNTP newsgroups. I was active opposing that war and later moved on to opposing Tony Blair and his then Labour government.
Blair and his supporters started attacking me personally while hiding behind words and phrases i.e. words and phrases conveyed a different, deeper meaning apart from their obvious, superficial meaning to those that understood them e.g. Blair’s Home Secretary Cnut John Reid. Blair’s Home Secretaries were all cnuts and I helped despatch some of them.
So I was participating in the political process which is a perfectly legitimate and correct thing to do and the Labour party has started attacking me personally using nasty, dirty tactics, attacking me while hiding really.
Then along came Blair’s butler Ian Blair with so much shit, again attacking me personally while hiding. That whole terrorism shitshow and the murder of JCd with 1-3-7 bullets. JCd was murdered because of his name. His name identified a person by his location.
Deputy Labour Party Leader Angela Rayner calls for police to kill and harass innocent people.
Just recently UK Labour Party Deputy Leader Angela Rayner invoked the memory of JCd 137 to again identify a person by his location. I am forced to defend myself.
I have proved myself to be a formidable adversary capable of damaging the UK Labour Party under Tony Blair and now under fellow Zionist Keir “I support Zionism without qualification” Starmer. There are 2 reasons to it: to protect myself and to participate in the political process – to defend the poor and vulnerable like Palestinians suffering Israel’s genocide and the poor, sick and disabled in UK and to protect the planet from Capitalism / Neo-Liberalism.
Part of it is that I have repeatedly proved my analysis to be accurate and correct. I am intending to hurt the labour party in the months before the next general election although tbh it looks like Starmer is destroying the UK Labour Party and that there is no need. I admit that I sometimes don’t achieve all the projects that I set out to do but at least I have given myself enough time.
Starmer & Co are being hugely confrontational to the UK electorate atm. It’s dangerous because it can’t be maintained.
Starmer has captured the Labour Party to support his own narrow interests – to support Israel’s genocide. He’s said so hasn’t he? “I support genocide Zionism without qualification.”
I want international law upheld, that Starmer and his accomplices are prosecuted and imprisoned for war crimes.
UK Labour Party government ministers Keir Starmer, Angela Rayner and Rachel Reeves explain that they are partners complicit in Israel’s Gaza genocide. The UK has provided Israel with arms, military and air force support. They explain that they don’t do gas chambers but do do forced marches, starvation, destroy hospitals, mass-murders of journalists and healthcare workers.
I intended to delete the following before publication, Oh well.
defend myself from personal attacks by prominent Labourists,
I am capable adversary
but have to continue
to defend myself
I have enough of an effect to significantly damage the Labour party
- it is actually what should happen in a democratic society, being active, participating in politics
why
a response to being
personally attackad by the whole Labour party
Ian Blair
glad that Fascnut is dead
John Reid
many Labour Home Secretaries
Angela Rayner - how should that be interpreted if not addressed personally and hostile, the relationship to JCd, that JCd was also killed to identify an individuals address. Why? The obvious answer is so that individual to be murdered. Huge double standards of course, politicians would hate for their home addresses to be published. Why should there be that double standard?
Starmer has captured teh Labour party to pursue his own interests - to support Israel's genocide
Starmer is being very confrontational against the majority of his electorate, can't maintain that 3 or 4 years until the next election
- support of Israel's genocide, use of terrorism laws against legitimate political opponents, protesters - attacks on the poor, sick and disabled

Uncertain if I made “… why I hold them responsible for Starmer’s actions … ” clear. Labour members and MPs are held responsible because they are facilitating Starmer & Co and it is done in their name.
Deputy Labour Party Leader Angela Rayner calls for police to kill and harass innocent people.
These comments by Angela Rayner identify an individual by his location. They mirror the murder of Jean Charles de Menezes who was killed because of his name to identify an individual by his location. To be clear I am saying that Jean Charles de Menezes name identifies identified a person by his location and that is why JCd was murdered. These comments by Angela Rayner use a traditional reference while the murder of Jean Charles de Menezes and the 7/7 fake-manufactured terrorism exercise used an alternative reference.
Rayner’s comments are clearly designed to be compared to the murder of Jean Charles de Menezes and by making them for the same purpose she is implicitly supporting his murder.

The Home Office briefed the Times that Palestine Action could be funded by Iran, and then UK media kicked into action spreading the story.
The proscription of Palestine Action took place alongside claims made in sections of the British media that the group could have been funded by Iran.
On the same day, 23 June, that home secretary Yvette Cooper formally announced to parliament she would proscribe the group, the Times published a report saying “Iran could be funding Palestine Action, Home Office officials claimed”.
It added: “Officials are understood to be investigating its source of donations amid concerns that the Iranian regime, via proxies, is funding the group’s activities given that their objectives are aligned”.
The Times provided no quotes from Home Office officials or any evidence of Iranian funding to Palestine Action.
The same day, the paper published another article, stating: “Support for the group [Palestine Action] from campaigns with alleged links to Iran has fuelled concerns it is unwittingly and covertly being funded by Tehran. It received backing yesterday by a group described in a government report as ‘aligned with the Iranian regime’”.
This referred to the Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC), a pro-Iranian UK-based NGO which had posted on X: “We stand in solidarity with our comrades PalestineAction!”
The Times noted that the IHRC was described in a 2023 government review of the Prevent counter-extremism programme as an “Islamist group ideologically aligned with the Iranian regime, that has a history of ‘extremist links and terrorist sympathies’”.

Zarah Sultana speaking after a march organised by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, from Russell Square to Whitehall in central London, June 21, 2025
This week, MPs shamefully approved the proscription of Palestine Action. Several challenged the move in the Commons. Zarah Sultana, Independent MP for Coventry South, gave an outstanding speech in condemnation. Because of the exceptional gravity of the issue, we reproduce her speech, lightly edited, here.
TWENTY-ONE years ago, a human rights barrister … defended an activist who broke into RAF Fairford trying to disable a bomber to prevent war crimes in Iraq. That became a landmark case in lawful, non-violent direct action against an illegal war. That barrister is now our Prime Minister, Keir Starmer KC. He argued that it was not terrorism, but conscience.
Fast-forward to June 20 2025: two Palestine Action activists entered RAF Brize Norton and sprayed red paint — red paint, not fire — on aircraft linked to surveillance flights over Gaza. Instead of prosecuting them for criminal damage, the Home Secretary is using the Terrorism Act 2000 to proscribe Palestine Action as a terrorist group.
This is an unprecedented and dangerous overreach of the state. Never before in Britain has it been a crime to simply support a group.
Palestine Action’s real crime is shutting down Elbit Systems sites that arm the Israeli military; its true offence is being audacious enough to expose the blood-soaked ties between this government and the genocidal Israeli apartheid state and its war machine.
Let us be clear: to equate a spray can of paint with a suicide bomb is not just absurd; it is grotesque. It is a deliberate distortion of the law to chill dissent, criminalise solidarity and suppress the truth.
Amnesty International, Liberty, over 266 senior lawyers and UN special rapporteurs have all opposed these draconian measures. Under this order, anyone expressing moral support for a proscribed group could face 14 years in prison. That includes wearing a badge, wearing a T-shirt, sharing a post or calling for de-proscription.
And journalists have no exemption either: there is no legal protection for reporting favourably, even factually, about Palestine Action.
Let us not forget what is happening in Gaza, where the real crimes are being ignored: hospitals bombed, children starved, and tens of thousands of people killed. Palestinian children now suffer more amputations per capita than children anywhere else on Earth.
Israel is on trial for genocide at the International Court of Justice, and the Israeli Prime Minister faces an International Criminal Court arrest warrant, yet the government’s response is to criminalise solidarity and to continue exporting lethal F-35 jets that are decimating Gaza.
We also have to understand the history of this country and what built our democracy: the tradition of civil disobedience that includes the suffragettes, without whom I would not have the vote, let alone the privilege of being here as an MP.
Even those who oppose Palestine Action’s tactics must recognise the vast gulf between criminal damage and terrorism. If this order passes, what and who is next — climate protesters, striking workers, feminists in the street?
Already we have seen a wider crackdown on our civil liberties — musicians censored, journalists arrested, and demonstrators, including MPs sitting here, harassed — and now this government want to use anti-terror laws to make peaceful protest itself a crime. If our democratic institutions functioned as they should, none of this would be necessary.
If this proscription passes, we have to understand that no campaign will be safe tomorrow. We have to recognise that this will go down as a dark day in our country’s history … People will ask, “Which side were you on?” and I stand with the millions of people who oppose genocide, because I am one of them. I oppose the blood-soaked hands of this government trying to silence us. So I say this loudly and proudly: we are all Palestine…
