UK’s new Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has announced that she will introduce laws further attacking and eroding the right to protest to enshrine Zionism into UK law. Institutionalized religious segregation and discrimination is a political system known as Theocracy.

Ministers are to give police new powers to target repeated protests, aimed particularly at cracking down on demonstrations connected to Gaza, the Home Office has said.
The announcement, made the morning after almost 500 people were arrested in London for expressing support for Palestine Action, a proscribed organisation, could allow police to order regular protests to take place at a different site.
Shabana Mahmood, the home secretary, will also look at all anti-protest laws, with the possibility that powers to ban some protests outright could be strengthened.
…
If a protest has caused what a Home Office statement called “repeated disorder” at the same site for repeated weeks, police would be able to order the organisers to move it elsewhere, with anyone who fails to obey risking arrest.
Mahmood, the statement added, would “also review existing legislation to ensure that powers are sufficient and being consistently applied”, including police powers to ban some protests completely.
…
The powers appear to be aimed at both mass pro-Gaza demonstrations, which took place in London and some other cities over a period of weeks, and those held to support Palestine Action.
On Saturday, police arrested about 500 people at the latest such protest. It took place despite ministers, including Keir Starmer, asking that it be postponed following this week’s deadly attack on a synagogue in Manchester.
Mahmood indicated that this was directly connected to the proposed extra powers, saying: “It’s been clear to me in conversations in the last couple of days that there is a gap in the law and there is an inconsistency of practice.”
She continued: “I’ll be taking measures immediately to put that right, and I will be reviewing our wider protest legislation as well to make sure the arrangements we have can meet the scale of the challenge that we face, which is protecting the right to protest, but ensuring that our communities can go about their daily business without feeling intimidated, and also that public order can be maintained.”

Police have arrested protesters on suspicion of supporting the banned group Palestine Action outside the Labour party conference in Liverpool.
About 100 people gathered silently on Sunday to hold signs reading “I oppose genocide, I support Palestine Action”, according to protest organisation Defend Our Juries, who said there were dozens of arrests.
Palestine Action was banned as a terror organisation in July after it claimed responsibility for an action in which two planes were damaged at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire the previous month.

A spokesperson for Defend Our Juries said: “We’ve come to remind everyone that the Labour party is in breach of its duty to act to prevent genocide under international law.
“Instead it made the cowardly decision to ban the direct action group that was trying to prevent genocide.
“Labour members and trades unions are overwhelmingly against their party’s complicity in genocide and the ban on Palestine Action.
“Yet party officials have shut down all the debates that members wanted to have on these issues during their conference.

Timothy Crosland leaving the Old Bailey, central London, after his preliminary hearing, September 26 2025
A TRIAL date has been set for six people charged with allegedly organising mass gatherings against the ban on the group Palestine Action.
The charges related to plans for meetings in London, Cardiff and Manchester which were allegedly organised over Zoom in July, August and this month.
Former government lawyer Timothy Crosland, 55, from Southwark, south London; gardener Dawn Manners, 61, from Hackney, east London; David Nixon, 39, from Barnsley, South Yorkshire; student Patrick Friend, 26, of Grange, Edinburgh; Gwen Harrison, 48, from Kendal, Cumbria; and Melanie Griffith, 62, from Southwark, are accused of breaches of the Terrorism Act.
They are accused of allegedly arranging, managing or addressing meetings, knowing that the purpose was to support a proscribed organisation.
Each defendant spoke to confirm their names in the dock during a preliminary hearing at the Old Bailey today.
Nixon remained standing in the dock throughout the hearing with his eyes closed and holding a white banner with the words “I oppose genocide, I support Palestine Action.”
The defendants are alleged to be members of a group called Defend Our Juries, or to work closely with it, which opposes the ban on Palestine Action.

Kneecap’s Liam Og O hAnnaidh, who performs under the stage name Mo Chara, speaks to supporters outside Woolwich Crown Court, London, September 26, 2025
Rapper Mo Chara cleared of all charges due to prosecutors’ ‘technical error’
RAPPER Mo Chara of the Irish-language group Kneecap was cleared of all charges today due to a “technical error” by prosecutors as the Belfast group accused the government of using terrorism laws to “discredit” free speech.
The 27-year-old, whose real name is Liam Og O hAnnaidh, appeared at Woolwich Crown Court today where he was cleared of his alleged support of a proscribed terror organisation during a concert at the O2 Kentish Town in November 2024.
…
Following the verdict, O hAnnaidh came out to an ecstatic crowd, saying: “This entire process was never about me.
“It was never about any threat to the public, it was never about terrorism — a word used by your government to discredit people you oppress.
“It was always about Gaza, about what happens if you dare to speak up.”
He added: “Your attempts to silence us have failed because we’re right and you’re wrong. We will not be silent.
“We said we would fight you in your court and we would win. Today, we have.
“If anyone on this planet is guilty of terrorism, it’s the British state. Free Palestine.”
